What is Grey Eagle Casino Access?

Grey Eagle Casino Access is the official iPhone companion app for Grey Eagle Resort & Casino on Tsuut'ina Nation. It gives guests a digital stay pass, loyalty rewards tracking, event discovery, dining reservations, guest services, and a virtual concierge in one place.

Is the app free to download?

Yes — the app is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Browsing events, dining options, and explore content is available to all guests, with the digital pass and stay-specific features unlocked when you activate a stay.

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. You can browse as a guest without signing in. Creating a member account unlocks stay activation, loyalty tracking, the digital pass, and personalised concierge history. Accounts are local-only — this app does not connect to a live authentication backend.

Which devices does the app support?

Grey Eagle Casino Access is an iOS-only app built for iPhone. It is not available on Android. Please check the App Store listing for the minimum iOS version requirement.

Does the app work without an internet connection?

Core features — including your digital pass, loyalty balance, reservations, and concierge history — are stored locally and work offline. Event listings, dining details, and explore content are bundled with the app, so they're also available without a connection.

How does the digital pass work?

Once a stay is activated, the Pass tab displays a QR code and barcode with your guest name, room number, and stay dates. Present it at front-desk or access points for scanning. You can switch between QR and barcode in Settings.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email us at support@greyeaglecasinoaccess.com with a description of the issue or your idea. Screenshots and device model are helpful for bug reports. We review all submissions and respond within a few business days.

What data does the app collect?

The app does not integrate advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs. Account data, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
