This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and GREY EAGLE CASINO ACCESS LTD for the Grey Eagle Casino Access iOS application ("Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
License Grant
GREY EAGLE CASINO ACCESS LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.
License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Remove or alter proprietary notices within the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without written authorization.
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Software.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner.
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. GREY EAGLE CASINO ACCESS LTD retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Grey Eagle Resort & Casino branding and imagery referenced within the app is the property of Tsuut'ina Nation / Grey Eagle Resort & Casino.
We own: all software code, algorithms, UI design, text, and other content in the application.
You own: your locally stored progress, preferences, and any personal data you input into the app.
Accounts and Data
Member accounts and related data are stored locally on your device. This is a demonstration build — no live backend stores your credentials or personal information. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store
This EULA is between you and GREY EAGLE CASINO ACCESS LTD, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Software. In case of a warranty failure, you may notify Apple for a refund; Apple has no further warranty obligation. GREY EAGLE CASINO ACCESS LTD is solely responsible for product liability claims, third-party IP claims, and legal compliance related to the Software.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREY EAGLE CASINO ACCESS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREY EAGLE CASINO ACCESS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.
Updates
We may provide updates that install automatically where permitted. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to GREY EAGLE CASINO ACCESS LTD's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
