Privacy-First Design
Grey Eagle Casino Access is built with your privacy as a core principle. The app does not operate advertising networks or behavioural analytics dashboards that profile you across other apps or services.
1. Local Account Data
If you create a member account, your credentials and profile are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (SharedPreferences and Hive). No account information is transmitted to or stored on external servers. Passwords are stored locally only — this is a demonstration build with no live authentication backend.
2. App Data Stored on Your Device
To deliver core functionality, the app stores the following on your device:
- Account profile, display name, and tier status
- Digital pass details (stay dates, room, property)
- Loyalty points balance and offer redemption history
- Dining reservation records and service request history
- Concierge chat history with Sage
- Settings (pass format, notification preferences)
This data remains on your device. You can clear it at any time using Settings → Reset progress in the app.
3. Internet Use
Core features operate offline-first. The app may open in-app WebView pages linking to greyeagleresortandcasino.ca for legal documents — those pages are governed by the resort's own privacy policies. No app usage data is transmitted to our servers during normal operation.
4. No Third-Party Analytics in the App
Grey Eagle Casino Access does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, behavioural tracking, or analytics platforms inside the mobile app. Your in-app activity is not shared with any third party.
5. Children's Privacy
The app is designed for resort guests and is suitable for users 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us via email, contact support@greyeaglecasinoaccess.com and we will delete it.
6. Security
Data stored on your device is protected by iOS sandboxing. We take reasonable steps to keep this site and supporting communications secure. You control app data deletion directly on your device.
7. Your Rights
Because the app stores your data locally, you can review and delete it by resetting progress in Settings or by uninstalling the app. For questions about any personal data you may have sent to us by email, contact support@greyeaglecasinoaccess.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Grey Eagle Casino Access or this website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
